Sha Stimuli Works His Magic In The 106 & Park Backroom (Video)

Brooklyn, New York veteran Sha Stimuli made one of the biggest stops of his career at The Backroom in BET’s “106 & Park.” Lord Digga’s brother, a onetime Jermaine Dupri protege at Virgin/EMI Records uses a fragmented style, hitting various themes (candy bars, ’80s television, networks) to discuss the sugar-coated state of Hip-Hop. The lyricism gets more precise, as does Sha’s intensity in one of the best Backroom spots, maybe ever.

There are some bars and couplets in here that absolutely slam. This may go down in Stimuli’s career highlight reel… from his organic delivery, relentless pursuit of the message, and strong conviction to his words. If you’ve slept on Sha, consider yourself an insomniac for next time…
