On paper, mixing Tupac with Gwen Stefani sounds like sacrilege. But, the end result works shockingly well. Sadly, Pac’s career did not overlap with The Neptunes’ dominant era, but this 2012 HipHopFightsBack fusion of Tupac’s “Holla If Ya Hear Me” with Chad Hugo and Pharrell’s production of Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl” gives just a taste of what might have been had these two Hip-Hop powerhouse entities ever been able to combine on a track.
