The 1982 album by Statik Selektah and Termanology was one of my favorite albums last year. Here’s the video for The Radio off that project.

Hi. We recently created AFH TV, Ambrosia For Heads’ streaming video service, because we believe real Hip-Hop deserves its own dedicated TV home, but we need your help to make it great. Please subscribe to AFH TV. It is only $1.99/month or $12/year, and already features some amazing content, but the best is yet to come. Thank you for all of your support.

Like its title suggests, 1982 is throwback hip-hop.  The sound does not reach back to the 80’s though.  Instead, it lands in the early to mid-90’s, the golden age, and is a return to the boom bap (including scratches from DJ Premier).  You can find more 1982 here and download it here.  Support good music.
