NEW WORLD (AU)DER: GHOSTFACE KILLAH “APOLLO KIDS”

If this cat doesn’t go down as one of the all time greats when its all said and done, then all future hip hop folklore will indeed be flawed. Ghostface’s Apollo Kids is full of SURPRISING features, which I’ve seen leave a bad taste in some critics mouths. I, however, think that’s what makes this album “Killah” (pun intended).  Definitely another classic, to add to the long lost of ’em, by Starks. This is how the album would go down in my iPod–TOP HEAVY.   Enjoy!

Starkology – Its only right to let Ghost set it off dolo. This track is verbal calisthenics, aka the warm up.

Troublemakers feat. Raekwon, Method Man & Redman – Four joints in – all bangers – told you this was top heavy. Wait for the next one!

In The Park feat. Black Thought – you’re only allowed one of these per post – *mean face* I repeat *MEAN FACE*

2getha Baby – yep, good time for another dolo Ghost joint. Vid is tight too.

Street Bullies Feat. Sheek Louch, Wiggs & Trife – *Donnie* “Dee, dee, dee, da, dee, dee, dee, dee, dee, da, dee, dayyy.” Could’ve easily gone number 1, but I had to save this one.
Black Tequila feat. Cappadonna & Trife – First few bars from Trife invoke visions of a Jada cameo

Handcuffin’ Them Hoes feat Jim Jones – #truestory

Drama feat Joell Ortiz & Game – The Game cameo catches you off guard, if you didn’t read the album liner, but its one of his better verses as of late.

Purified Thoughts feat. GZA & Killah Preist

How You Like Me Baby – On some alpha and omega ish, you gotta let Ghost rock out dolo again to end his own joint.
