GZA pays tribute to ODB at SXSW by performing Shimmy Shimmy Ya (Video)

Hi. We recently created AFH TV, Ambrosia For Heads’ streaming video service, because we believe real Hip-Hop deserves its own dedicated TV home, but we need your help to make it great. Please subscribe to AFH TV. It is only $1.99/month or $12/year, and already features some amazing content, but the best is yet to come. Thank you for all of your support.

GZA tore down his showcase at SXSW. He performed with a full band that included drums, keys, guitar and a full horn section, and ripped through a set that included Liquid Swords, Shadowboxin’ (he did his and Method Man’s verse) and several other solo and Wu-Tang Clan classics. As part of his set, he did a tribute to his fallen Wu-Tang brother ODB and did a verse of Shimmy Shimmy Ya. Check out the video below. Previously: Raekwon – The Brewery ft Caezar-N-Reason (Video)
