It’s been roughly four years since Jay Electronica dropped the highly acclaimed track “Exhibit C,” which for a lot of Hip-Hop heads has translated to four years of wondering if they’re ever going to see the Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn) album from the New Orleans MC. In a recent video with VladTV, Just Blaze (the producer responsible for “Exhibit C” and supposedly most of the production on the unreleased album) stopped by and shed some light on the situation. In the interview he goes on to say that he personally feels the album is pretty much finished, but that Jay is “in his own zone and is going to drop it when he’s ready.” Hopefully for the Heads,  that zone is in the vicinity of an album dropping in the near future.
