For Trill O.G.: The Epilogue Bun B touches some unreleased Pimp C vocals and brings on two UGK proteges for “Cake.” While Pimp was still alive, the group mentored Baton Rouge’s Lil Boosie on the Trill Entertainment imprint (along with Webbie and others). In the last three years, Bun’s helped mentor Meridian, Mississippi’s Big K.R.I.T., who has incorporated the Slab music sound into his own self-produced trunk funk.

“Cake” rattles the rear of the car, as Bun preps his fourth Rap-A-Lot Records release.
