While the modern world clamors for another collaborative album between Big Boi and Andre 3000, news broke that Outkast may reunite…by stage. What could be the table-setter for more music, the duo’s camp tells Billboard that the onetime stars of LaFace Records are in talks to headline Coachella 2013. One source acts like its a possibility, the other says the deal is done.


With 2Pac holograms, reunited Rap crews, and tons of cameos stealing the headlines in the last two years, this is huge for Hip-Hop, for Coachella, and for the Heads who love thank Stankonia Funk.

Now signed to Epic Records, Outkast formally hit hiatus in 2007, following Idlewild. The two have worked together sporadically, care of UGK, DJ Drama, and most recently, Frank Ocean.
