Chance The Rapper released a different sort of video this weekend. “Social Experiment” is a smoke-break (or a breather for the trippers, as he speaks to) in the biggest year, for one of the year’s biggest artists. A jazzy interlude, Chance vibes more than raps on this song complemented by extensive tour and performance footage. Like Outkast and Gang Starr, Chance interludes are still potent enough to include on a playlist or burned CD for the wheel.
