Fresh off official confirmation of OutKast performing as one of the headliners at this year’s Coachella festival, Rolling Stone has confirmed that the dynamic duo will also be performing at Governor’s Ball in New York City this Summer. Here’s what Rolling Stone had to say:

“OutKast will make their first New York appearance in over a decade when they headline the Governors Ball this spring. A rep for the fest, which will take place from June 6th to June 8th at New York City’s Randall’s Island Park, confirmed the news exclusively to Rolling Stone today. Following last night’s news that Andre 3000 and Big Boi would be playing Coachella in April, it’s the second announcement of a major reunion appearance for the group this year.”

Could this be an indication that OutKast is gearing up for a full Summer of festival runs?
