The Open Auction Wu-Tang Clan Album Is Under Vaulted Lock & Key, But You Can Get A Taste (Video)

Wu-Tang Clan has announced two albums coming down the pipeline. One, said to be called A Better Tomorrow, is the subject of a rift between RZA and Raekwon that might leave the Chef out of Wu’s studio kitchen for the first time in 21 years. The other, already completed recording, is promised to be a “one of one” hardcopy release, Wu—Once Upon A Time In Shaolin. Helmed by veteran W.T.C. affiliate Cilvaringz, this album was recorded and stored in Morocco, and is an album that’s already reportedly prompted cash offers in the mid-seven-figures.

In case you don’t have $5 mill (which notably did NOT buy the album) in your pocket, Forbes’ Zack O’Malley-Greenburg hits Morocco to get up with Cilva’ and get the first access (all 51 seconds of it) to what’s on the album that just may become Hip-Hop’s most valuable artifact to date…

After hearing a snippet, how do your thoughts on Once Upon A Time In Shaolin change?
