Lupe Fiasco’s Freestyle Fearlessness Continues Alongside Tony Touch (Video)

Last week, Lupe Fiasco lit up Sway Up The Morning with a 100% free, freestyle. In that moment, Lu’ was in the zone and combined humor, deep thought, and an unwavering flow. This week, Fiasco appeared on Tony Touch’s Toca Radio on Shade 45, and also went off the dome.

Hardly as deep, Lu’ liked to have fun, and break character (cursing, shouting out Glory Boyz, wishing Beyonce to her knees and more). While it might not illicit the response as last week’s look, is there something organic and commendable about an MC willing to risk it all in improvisation, and still feel okay without jaw-dropping results?
