Brooklyn artist YC The Cynic dons the sinister rabbit mask from the movie “Donnie Darko” in his latest visual effort, “Night Thoughts.” The video, directed by Breeze Embalm, boasts mischievous production, fantastical vocal loops, and a taste of Black Moon’s “How Many MC’s,” powered by Yuri Beats. The stage is then set for YC to disrupt the night with literary, lyrical nightmares that he plants into the mind of a restlessly sleeping beauty.

Additionally, the 24 year old YC was recently featured in a video interview with Complex Magazine, in which he spit a killer freestyle and talked about how his early Hip-Hop influences brought about what Complex has dubbed “the new Bronx sound.”
