Earlier this year in an interview with Fuse TV, the soulful Janelle Monáe revealed that she is working on a conceptual project titled, Eephus, and it seems that she plans on taking notes from Beyoncé and releasing it unannounced.

“I’m working on a new, cool creative project called ‘Eephus’,” she said. “It’s a big concept and you’re not going to see it coming. It’ll just land.”

In anticipation of that release, Janelle brings the party with her in visuals to the title track from her second studio album, Electric Lady.

The six time Grammy nominated artist uses her beautifully powerful voice and even breaks it down for a few bars in this dance themed cut emulating some truly feel good, celebratory funk.
