Yesterday (July 29), Philadelphia MC MarQ Spekt and Manhattan producer/DJ Blockhead released Justplaywitit, their first collaborative LP. Like all albums, the artists may hope that it’s a “sum of its parts.” The second single shares that sentiment.

The video from the Cunninlynguist and Aesop Rock affiliates, respectively, features mixed media, stop motion, animation, and a lot of colorful accounts of MarQ’s travels westward. Park benches, fly Air Maxes, and a good life depiction define this video, of a song driven by a sample-driven beat and great Summer vibes:
