In late May, artist Spe$h linked with Kool G Rap to drop “The Meeting.” Produced by DJ Premier, the track was an account of some mob business, with lyrics to go. Two months and some change later, the video arrives, finding Spe$h and G waiting in idling cars, tailing victims, and hitting the New York Streets to conduct theirs. Clearly inspired by the B-cinema mob movies of the ’70s and ’80s, this one fits nicely in the Kool G Rap canon of gritty, cinematic-intended visuals:
