Fresh off her reunion with Brandy, Yo-Yo and Queen Latifah on the BET Hip Hop Awards, MC Lyte is readying a new album. The latest track from the project is called “Ball” and features Lil Mama and AV. The bouncy beat is a sonic departure from what Lyte fans have heard from her. She also sports a rapid-fire flow that is significantly faster than the one she flexed in her “Cha Cha Cha” days. The quality of the bars remains in tact, though. Check out the video.
