From The Notorious B.I.G. to Schoolly D, Abel Ferrara’s 1990 film, King Of New York, had a profound impact on Hip-Hop. The New Line Cinema picture starring Christopher Walken, Laurence Fishburne, and Wesley Snipes captured a style, grit, and era in New York City.

In making his The Young O.G. digital album, Fabolous looks back to what is likely one of the icons of street-cool from his youth: Jimmy Jump. In his visual for “Lituation,” the cars, fashion, and famed fried chicken restaurant scene lives on with style:
