Shady XV Is Expected To Debut At #1, Nobody’s Happier Than Crooked I (Audio)

Even with Eminem’s backing of Slaughterhouse, Crooked I has never enjoyed a #1 album. The Long Beach, California MC veteran is a long way from those mid-2000s pitfalls he suffered while stranded on Death Row. However, if skills equated to sales, Kxng Crooked would have been #1’s, with plaques covering the hallways of his home.

This fact may be changing this week. Tomorrow (December 3), Billboard will release their weekly chart report, and Shady Records’ Shady XV double-album compilation is expected to stand tall on top. Although he’s got just three songs of the standard issue’s 28, Crooked I is elated with the outcome—a team win.

As he readies his own upcoming solo project, Crook’ hopped on O.T. Genasis’s hit “Coco,” and took a bow with bars on bars on bars. If you had any doubts…the freestyle is hosted on Billboard‘s Soundcloud page…
