Earlier this week, Method Man announced a release date for The Meth Lab, his first solo album in 9 years. Using an animated trailer that spoofed the series Breaking Bad to reveal the news, Meth quickly followed up the video with the release of the LP’s title track. Now, he’s making it clear that song was no “one and done,” with the release of his second cut of the week.

On “88 Coupes,” Meth takes the track Harry Fraud produced for French Montana and Jadakiss, and makes it his own. It’s unclear whether the song will make the album or is just another bullet in the chamber of Meth’s release campaign. Regardless, the Liquid Swordsman lays down his buttery flow on a freestyle that’s intended simply to convey two words…He’s Back. Check it out.
