Both Southern MCs love old schools, boomin’ systems, hydraulics, and “bowling ball swirl.” Grand Hustle/Hustle Gang singer Mitchelle’l already made a song rooted in that Texas Slab Music sound. “Spillin’ Drank” is a gliding record that sounds like what would happen if Bobby Womack pushed a candy-painted Fleetwood Brougham convertible, chuckin’ the deuce.
