Paul White and Eric Biddines are ones to watch and ones to listen to. Fresh off of a Yasiin Bey (f/k/a Mos Def) collaboration, the Lex Records artists together known as Golden Rules have another one. “Down South Boogie” is a Funk-fused creation that clearly pulls from Andre 3000 in the dynamic cadence, and the kind of production that is rooted in record-digging, but with crossover capability.
