Jet Life Records affiliate MC LE$ has been rolling with Curren$y for years now. Along with Roddy, Trademark Da Skydiver, and Cornerboy P, his team is coming. Houston, Texas native LE$ previously cut his teeth with Slim Thug’s Bo$$ Hog Outlawz, before linking with Louisiana’s Spitta. On “UGK’z,” he gets some sacred support in the form of Bun B, who apparently blesses LE$ with the Underground Kingz name.

Bun ceremoniously nods to the Expansion Pack MC. The visual shows just how much Bun and Pimp’s sound and style influenced the former University of Houston student. Jetlife founder Curren$y steps in with a verse, in a song and video that celebrates progression, even if under the radar of the mainstream.

Is this consistent MC going to be critical to Jet Life’s take-off?
