Snoop & Too Short Give Colonel Loud Some of That OG “California” Love on the Remix (Audio)

In 2015, Colonel Loud’s “California” became one of the more unexpected breakthrough records of the year. The Fort Lauderdale-born artist, who now resides in North Carolina, after spending 10 years in Atlanta, made a song about the virtues of the Golden State, using the throwback Cali funk sound of the 80s. The song received a boost with its remix featuring T.I. and Young Dolph, and now he goes back to the well with two native Cali OGs.

Snoop Dogg and Too Short join the Colonel in bringing some more of what he loves about the state to his record. The vintage track teases out vintage performances from the two veterans, as they flow with comfort and ease over the feel good track.
