It’s been just over a year since Joell Ortiz and !llmind released their Human project, a musical partnership that proved to be a highly acclaimed collaboration. After working on Ortiz’ 2014 solo LP House Slippers, !llmind continues to provide some exceptionally complementary work for the Slaughterhouse rapper, and a new release which arrived today (August 9) points to the symbiosis between the two, and it doses Heads with enough prolific boasting to last a good while.

“Talk My Shit” is just that – an unrelenting serving of go-hard-or-go-home bars which include the particularly memorable “Behind doors, I stroke diff’rent…Todd Bridges.” Co-produced by CuBeatz, it’s a hard-hitting slice of braggadocio from a rapper who has more than proven that he has the ability to take other MCs to slaughter, which he certainly did (and then some) on Human‘s debut single, “Lil’ Piggies.”

If this is the appetizer for a follow-up album – Still Human, perhaps? – Heads are in for plenty good, old fashioned shit talkin’.
