For Hip-Hop fans, there are few record catalogs more revered than that of Stones Throw. The label, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, is the home to such artists as MF DOOM, Aloe Blacc, Dam Funk, J Rocc, Oh No and, of course, label founder, Peanut Butter Wolf. The record company also distributed some of the most celebrated works from J Dilla and Madlib, including their vaunted collaboration, Champion Sound, as Jaylib.

Beginning in January 2017, Stones Throw will offer a one-year subscription where subscribers will receive every Stones Throw vinyl release between January 1 and December 31. The first release of 2017 will be Madlib & J Dilla’s Jaylib Remixes, for the first time ever on vinyl. To kick things off, Stones Throw has made available a previously unreleased Jaylib record from 2002, titled “Da Rawkus.”

The song was recorded in both Los Angeles and Detroit, and features both MC/producers on the vocals, with Jay Dee holding down the verses and Madlib taking on the hook.
