Redman said that Muddy Waters 2 will dirty up the new year, after close to a decade of anticipation. Once touted for a Christmas day release (December 25), ‘Loso told Northern California’s KMEL that he won’t be stuffing  music lovers stockings with any new product. “I don’t got a tape coming this Christmas,” Fab’ says at 2:25 of the interview. In the closing minute of the interview, however, he confirms the actual date. “Freddy vs. Jason is on the way. We were trying to put it out next month, in January. But we’re going to drop something [in advance]. I don’t want to give [all the information away], but we’re gonna drop something next month. That’s it. Low key, Friday the 13th is next month. That’s all I’m gonna say. January 13 is a Friday.” Moments later, Fab’ adds, “I shouldn’t have even have said nothing.” The Street Fam MC did reveal that he and his Def Jam Records label-mate Jadakiss are currently dealing with sample clearance issue woes pertaining to the long-awaited collaborative project. Friday The 13th is the name of the 1980s and 1990s Horror film franchise that spawned “Jason Vorhees,” which serves as Jada’s alter-ego.
