Rock Mourns His Heltah Skeltah Partner Sean Price In A Tribute Video That Shines
Well over two years after the untimely death of Brownsville, Brooklyn “barbarian” Sean Price, those close to the rapper are continuing to honor Price through music.
The latest homage comes courtesy of B.K. rapper Rock (aka Rockness Monsta) and crooner Kofi Black. Along with Sean Price, Rock was a member of the iconic Hip-Hop duo, Heltah Skeltah, and the greater Boot Camp Clik super-group.

The moving visual for “Shine Down” begins with a shot of Price himself, before switching between shots of various photos and other memorabilia.
Rock kicks off the song’s first verse with a nod to Price and his brash humor, rapping “You been gone almost a year, I still cry / I know you probably looking at me like ‘Damn, this ni**a Rock’s a p*ssy.‘” Rock remembers his partner in full color.
