In the footage, Fab is seen arguing with Emily and her father and apparently brandishing the weapon. TMZ reports that each of the four felonies Fab is charged with is a third-degree crime and he could face five years in prison for each charge. Fab has yet to make a public statement about these developments.

In the wake of the video’s release, the attorney for Fabolous vehemently denied his client had committed any crime. According to Billboard, Alberto Ebanks said in a statement, “I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct.”

Emily B and Fabolous are reportedly still a couple despite these allegations. Fab recently appeared on Royce 5’9’s Book of Ryan alongside Nickel Nine, Jadakiss and Pusha T on “Summer On Lock.”
