Missy Elliott came forward in the last two weeks to reveal that she possesses music by the Purple One that Heads have not heard.

In a May interview with CBC Music’s The Strombo Show, the Virginia Beach, Virginia MC/producer revealed that she met Prince after seeking permission to use a lookalike in one of her shows. The two artists would meet soon after. Subsequently, Prince wanted his onetime Warner Bros. Records label-mate on his project.
