I attended a small listening session for Rapsody’s upcoming mixtape She Got Game last night. It is hands down one of the best projects of the year so far (album or mixtape) with production from 9th Wonder, Khrysis, Terrace Martin and more, as well as guest verses from Ab-Soul, Raekwon, Chance the Rapper, Mac Miller, Nipsey Hussle, Common and more. What the world will soon realize (if not already) is she is one of the illest spitters in the game. Every MC on a track with her raised his game because, as the title of her mixtape proclaims, She Got Game. Rap also got a production from the legendary DJ Premier which she released today.
