Busta Rhymes Is Still A Dragon. He Spits Fire Like It’s God’s Plan (Audio)

It’s been a while since Busta Rhymes dropped a lyrical napalm bomb, but the 25+ year veteran MC could not let the year end without reminding all that he’s still a dungeon dragon breathing that fire. Fresh off announcing that he will be releasing a new mixtape on Christmas, titled The Abstract Went on Vacation, Busta drops the project’s first song.

“God’s Plan” features J-Doe and O.T. Genasis, two hungry MCs in Busta’s Conglomerate Entertainment, with their fearless leader kicking things off. From the start, Busta sounds like he has something to prove, laying into the track with his trademark menacing growl. Undaunted by the strength of his performance, J-Doe and O.T. step up and command the beat in their own right. Producer Jahlil Beats (Bobby Schmurda’s “Hot Nigga”) supplies a track that matches, or perhaps elicits, the spirited verses of each MC. Take a listen and get ready for a hot Christmas.
