Pusha T Kicks His Icy Flow on Baauer’s “Kung Fu” (Audio)

Pusha T continues on the torrid pace he started last fall. After announcing his presidency of Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music, Pusha Ton proceeded to release a barrage of hot singles leading up to his December album, King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude. He has stayed active this year with an inspiring short film about his life, as well as a playful episode of The People vs…, where he responded to fans’ comments on YouTube about The Clipse’s video for “Grindin’.”

Now, Pusha is back to the music, as he joins Future on Baauer’s “Kung Fu.” Baauer, who is known for big dance records like “Harlem Shake” and his Just Blaze collabo, “Higher,” lowers the BPMs on “Kung Fu” and layers in dark melodic chords that are reminiscent of Kendrick Lamar’s “Swimming Pools (Drank).” Pusha takes the verses while Future holds down the hooks.
