King Los Has Made A Record That’s As Strong As His Best Freestyles (Audio)
King Los holds the mic as his scepter. On his new track “Without Me,” the Baltimore, Maryland MC and onetime RCA Records artist outlines the importance of his presence in the Hip-Hop world. The veteran suggests that Rap music isn’t nearly as colorful, clever, or exciting if his mic isn’t plugged in.
“How you gonna do this sh*t without me / Ring around the Rosie, roundhouses and Ronda Rousey,” spits the wordsmith. The track is filled with those kinds of statements.
With a delivery reminiscent of JAY-Z and Pusha T’s 2016 “D.D.A.” track, Los broods over an iconic guitar riff taken from The Beatles classic “Come Together.” It is unclear where precisely this cut will be indexed. However, King Los warns that he’s got something coming soon. It’s been two years since his major label debut, God, Money, War.
