Next month, E-40 will release his 29th album. Practice Makes Paper is due July 26, adding to one of the largest and more respected catalogs of a nearly 30-year Rap veteran. As has been the case since 40 Water’s mid-90s run, the Heavy On The Grind Entertainment release includes a who’s who of Hip-Hop across the country and landscape.
