Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth, Nice & Smooth Each Announce Tour Dates
Spring and summer concert season is officially upon us. Two acclaimed Hip-Hop duos who have not released albums together in decades have each announced tour dates.
Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth have announced a series of West Coast dates for their 2016 All Souled Out Tour. HipHopDX announced the concert dates and venues. Earlier this year, the Mount Vernon, New York producer/MC/DJ and New Rochelle, New York MC were photographed together in the Bronx-based D.I.T.C. Studios, perhaps signaling music to come.
Each artist, as a solo act, has released new music in 2016 as well. As C.L. Smooth hosted a remix competition with his latest single, “King,” Pete Rock has announced a forthcoming collaborative album with Smoke DZA titled Don’t Smoke Rock.
