Krayzie Bone Has Survived His Very Serious Hospitalization

Late last month, it was reported that Krayzie Bone was fighting for his life in a Los Angeles, California hospital. The 50-year-old Grammy Award-winning MC and co-founder of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony was suffering from an ongoing battle with sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease in which the immune system overreacts, causing groups of cells to form clusters of inflamed tissue. If the disease reaches organs including the lungs, it can cause lethal respiratory problems.

Fellow Bone co-founder Bizzy Bone was among those who made the situation public, while calling for prayers for the artist. According to The New York Times, Kray’ has lived with the condition for several years.
